LEFTOVER STUFFING and TURKEY BAKE

I’m doing the leftover thing today.
LEFTOVER STUFFING and TURKEY BAKE
makes 4 servings
(Yay! leftovers from the leftovers!)
what you will need
4 cups stuffing
2 cups chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
6 eggs, lightly beaten
cranberry sauce
leftover turkey gravy
now to prepare
Combine turkey, stuffing.
Fold in beaten eggs until combined.
Place all in a well greased pan and pack down well.
For little boat galley purposes, I used my stove top Omnia oven
but if using a conventional oven a 9″x9″ will work well.
Omnia: place covered on pre-heated base plate and cook for 30-40 minute on medium heat.
Conventional oven: 350 ° for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy
