This recipe is pure genius! Just 3 ingredients.. smashed bananas, 2 eggs and a touch of baking powder. and no flour (for those gluten challenged)… NO FLOUR PANCAKES 1 banana 2 eggs 1/8 tsp baking powder coconut oil for griddle   Whisk eggs in small bowl.
