Butter for greasing skillet
Instructions
Add oats to the blender and take them for a ride until just almost powdery (a few larger bits are fine). Add the rest and blend until smooth.
Smear your heat skillet with butter
Drop ice cream scoop sized portion of batter (about 1/4 cup each) in heated skillet and cook until bubbles for on each pancake
Flip and cook until lightly browned on second side
Keep warm while you cook the rest
These freeze really well so make lots for a quick and healthy breakfast for another day.
