Mini muffin baking tray (for conventional oven users)
112ozcan tunawell drained (**see Galley Kat notes below for alternatives)
salt and pepperto taste (*see Galley Kat notes below)
Mix all ingredients together
Scoop a small amount of mixture (about 1 tbsp or two max) into each greased muffin well.
for conventional oven users
Place muffin tin in preheated 400 ° oven for about 15 minutes, until set and gently browned
Decant and enjoy warm with a complementing dipping sauce (**see Galley Kat notes below for suggestions)
for Omnia stove top users
Fill muffin cups and place in Omnia baking pan
Cover and place on preheated base plate and cook on high for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook for another 12-15 minutes or until bites are set and gently browned.
*I found that salt wasn’t necessary for the canned chicken and ham. They were both salty enough. I suggest taste testing the mixture before adding the egg if you are nervous about raw eggs.**Tuna Bites: season with dill and serve with Tartar Sauce (a little mayo with green relish with lemon wedges on the side)**Ham Bites: season with thyme and serve with Honey Mustard Sauce (grainy mustard with honey to taste)**Chicken Bites: season with rosemary and serve with Sweet Chili Sauce (I love the commercial Thai sweet chili. Goes with anything chicken)
