Delicious and super easy delicate baked fish with a touch of buttery crab stuffing

Omnia stove top oven (for the ovenless, otherwise optional)
6”x9” baking pan for conventional oven users
Small mixing bowl
Ingredients
1/2
lb
fresh haddock (or enough for two servings)
cut to fit baking pan
1 1/2
cups
Crushed cracker or bread crumbs
I used crushed Ritz crackers for this
1/2
cup
butter
melted
1
cup
crab meat
salt and pepper
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
Old Bay seasoning
1
lemon
1/2 of thinly sliced. 1/2 wedges for serving
2
tbsp
fresh parsley
Chopped, to garnish
Instructions
Dry then salt and pepper both sides of your fish then place them in a prepared baking dish
In a small mixing bowl combine crumbs, melted butter and seasonings then stir in crab until well mixed.
Sprinkle the crumb stuffing evenly over fish then arrange thin slices of lemon on top
For Omnia users
Cover baking pan and set on pre-heated base plate and cook on high for 5 minutes
Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking for another 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakey.
For conventional oven user
Baked uncovered in preheated 359 ° oven for about 20 minutes or until fish is flakey and cooked through
