I needed the kale to top a pasta dish
but ‘sans’ oven onboard I would normally have to do without.
It is possible that it could be done with a grill sheet on the bbq so will give it a try
once R.E.D. is in the water again and let you know…
4 cups of kale leaves
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil (again with the sesame…)
4 tbsp finely grated Romano cheese
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Heat oven to 350 °
Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
Massage the kale for 1-2 minutes to distribute the flavours.
…love that description – ‘massage the kale’…
Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes (tossing 2-3 times) until crispy.

That’s it!
Land galley of the dirt people is filled with the delicious aroma of sesame!
The trick will be to stop nibbling the kale
so that I have enough for the pasta recipe…
