2020’s TOP TEN RECIPE ROUND-UP
Good day my faithful Galley Friends. Well, it’s been quite a year hasn’t it? I hope you have all managed to come through it healthy and safe. Here in our little country home by the sea, it has been fairly easy…fairly. As with most of you though we are going through COVID fatigue. Holiday celebrations were not as in years past. Our families were separated to keep all safe and we complied…not happily mind you…but we did.
I didn’t have much umph to do a lot of cooking this season…just the basics. What I can offer you for now is highlights of what recipes were the most popular for 2020. It was obvious that the Omnia stove top oven was you’re most go-to mode of cooking. Mine too.

Our New Logo
It’s all about the event that turned us into a couple of sailors with a teeny tiny super minimal galley in a very small sailboat to a couple of former sailors with a brand new land yacht…our little twenty-six foot camper. I’ll still be cooking in a teeny tiny galley but with a few major upgrades. We’ll be taking possession in the spring of 2021.
In the meantime though, I have a new-to-me recipe I’ve been working on submitted by a French friend. It’s a take on a standard recipe I’ve made over and over again but this one has a very interesting addition. I think you will really enjoy it so come back soon to try it out.
