FRENCH ONION MUSHROOM PASTA

FRENCH ONION MUSHROOM PASTA

Remember that extra effort we went through  the other day?

Of course I haven’t forgotton.

Here’s how you can make use of some, but not all, of that rich delicious onion mushroom mixture.

I may have been overly creative throwing this together so feel free to add or subtract as you wish.

It’s the way I get when I have the base of my meal sitting in front of me.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

This time according to Captain, it worked.

  1. This sounds so delicious – I have a soft spot for nearly all of the ingredients you listed here so it’s definitely a must-try! Also, I should make it for my best friend since she’s a vegetarian and I’m always looking for new things to cook for her.

    1. Thanks Lisa. It really was all that. The bit of grated avocado pit was a ‘just because I read it was nutritious’ but it added another interesting flavour layer.
