PRESSURE COOKER BREAD

PRESSURE COOKER BREAD
Pressure Cooker Bread
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1-1/4 cup whole milk yogurt
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Stir in yogurt until mostly incorporated.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for approximately 1 minute.
Oil tin (I used my little silicone baking dish)
Place dough in container and cover with foil allowing for expansion.
Place on top of rack in cooker (I used 2 mason jar lids)
Add hot water to half total allowed capacity
Lock cooker lid in place and set cooking time to 15 minutes on high
My first attempt may not be the prettiest bread but I see this as a work in progress…

My bread-loving Captain thinks any bread onboard (good or not) is worth it.

I on the other hand will continue trying until I can make it ‘pretty’ and not just
pretty good…
