RANCH DRESSING MIX

By now you know that I’m not a big fan of commercially prepared mixes
and whenever I can I make my own.
My Mississippi Roast recipe called for Ranch Dressing mix
so I substituted the following…
(I liked Gimme Some Oven‘s recipe the best)
RANCH DRESSING MIX
1/3 cup buttermilk powder
2 tbsp dried parsley
1-1/2 tsp dried dill
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried chives
Place all in an air-tight container
or if you like a finer mix,
whur in a blender until powdery.
1 tbsp = 1 package of mix
To make Ranch Dressing
add 1 tbsp dry mix with 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
and 1/3 cup milk.
