FRIED BANANAS with HONEY RUM SAUCE
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 firm banana, 1″ slices
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rum
Fry banana slices in coconut oil, turning when browned.
When browned on second side remove to serving plate.
Add honey and rum to coconut oil and simmer until thickened.
(this should take only a minute or two)
Drizzle over bananas and enjoy.
These are ‘oh my’ delicious, like little banana candies.
Great for a quick sinless dessert
or a little cocktail treat for impromptu guests.
