PRESSURE COOKER CHICKEN BONE BROTH

Ingredients
  • Carcass from 1 chicken (everything but the reserved meat)
  • 2-3 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Bragg soya seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pepper corns
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 bay leaves
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into the pressure cooker pot.
  2. Add water to the mazimum fill level
  3. Place lid and set cooking time to 30 minutes (see note)
  4. When done let pressure release naturally.
  5. Let broth cool, then strain out solids.
Notes
Special equipment: pressure cooker
Basic cooking time is 30 minutes but for bone broth the longer the better.
