EASY SLOW COOKER MAC ‘n CHEESE (a guest post)

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces macaroni pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 16 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 16 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
  • 16 ounces Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 stick of butter, cut into slices
  • 16 ounces milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place half of the cooked macaroni in the slow cooker cooking pot.
  2. Dot with half of the cheeses ad butter
  3. Add remaining macaroni then top with the rest of the cheese and butter.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Place in slow cooker, top with the lid and set to cook on high for two hours.
  6. Half way through pour in milk, give it all a good stir and continue to cook for the remaining hour or until the cheese is completely melted
