SLOW COOKER TURKEY & STUFFING

Ingredients
  • 1 complete turkey breast, skin on and bone in or 2 large chicken breast
  • 1 package of stuffing
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 can of condensed cream of 'something' soup (I used cream of chicken)
Instructions
  1. Place turkey breast in the bottom of the cooker.
  2. Sprinkle stuffing mix over breasts.
  3. Mix yogurt and soup together with ¼ - ⅓ cup water. Mixture should be pourable and not too thick but not too runny just so it covers stuffing and turkey. Amount will depend on your brand of stuffing mix.
  4. Set slow cooker for 4 hours on low.
