Ingredients
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
1 tbsp salt-free butter (I didn't have grass-fed which would be ideal)
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
5 tbsp gelatin powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until frothy and gelatin has dissolved.
Pour into molds (I have none so used 2 little silicone baking pans)
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
Unmold or cut into individual pieces.
