COFFEE TO GO

Well, didn’t I stumble upon this next recipe the other day and thought,

…’woo, coffee on the go’?

…’an extra kick of energy on the run’?

So I got busy this morning while consuming my second cup of coffee…
…blended up all the ingredients, poured into my two little pans.

 

…20 minutes later.
Now I’m ready for a high octane day!

 

 COFFEE GUMMIES
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
1 tbsp salt-free butter (I didn’t have grass-fed which would be ideal)
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
5 tbsp gelatin powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until frothy
and gelatin has dissolved.
Pour into molds
(I have none so used 2 little silicone baking pans)
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
Unmold or cut into individual pieces.
