I found another great use for leftover pasta… Pasta Waffles… …then turned them into the base for our morning fried egg sandwich.     PASTA WAFFLES (makes enough for 4 waffles) 2 cups cooked angel hair pasta 2 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg Whisk egg then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
