With limited storage on R.E.D , and for most boats really,
it makes sense when practical to store provisions in plastic BPA free food bags.
Their lack of form means they can be stashed in the smallest of spaces.
I saw this idea from a very organized blogger
and thought it the perfect idea for storing our morning oatmeal.
Just add water or milk before bedtime, and set aside until breakfast the next morning.
I made several packets with dried fruits, protein powder
and some extras
(Maca powder, ground flax seed, and hemp hearts)
for additional punch to get us out on the water early
and keep our bodies nutritionally satisfied.
