CHOCOLATE BANANA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

With all the information on benefits of this and that floating around
combined with the ever-changing information on what’s good for us and what’s not,
what are we to believe?
To put together the perfect diet,
one would have to be a chemist, nutirtionist and food science expert
all tied up in one.
I’m not proposing that I am any of the above,
but when it comes to a good start to our day
I do know how to throw together a really kick-ass smoothie.

CHOCOLATE BANANA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
2 servings
2 tbsp Raw cocoa
1 tbsp Raw Honey
Blend until smooth.
Pour and enjoy knowing
that somewhere in there
are some excellent nutrients to help you through your day.

My dear father imparted many bits of wisdom that I still remember,
