SMASHED SALT & VINEGAR POTATOES
quantities for this recipes are your personal choice,
but you may want to make lots.
They are that tasty.
sea salt & pepper
apple cider vinegar
Boil potatoes until tender or cook in a pressure cooker for 3 minutes.
Place on a piece of foil and smash with a fork to flatten.
Drizzle liberally with olive oil.
Season well with lots of salt, pepper and rosemary.
Place on hot grill for about 10 minutes until they begin to brown.
Baste often with vinegar.
