BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
  • ⅓ cup good quality olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a small container with tight fitting lid.
  2. Close securely and shake until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Use in your favourite salad.
  4. Refrigerate any remainder until ready to use.
